Rosemary is a versatile flower in the fact that it can be used in food, drinks, and floral arrangements. It was once carried at weddings to bring good luck to the new couple which I find fitting for this blog in particular! Below I have gathered quite a few examples of how this shrub can be put to the test on your wedding day.A refreshing cucumber or grapefruit rosemary cocktail will get your guests into the celebratory mood as they arrive for the ceremony.A small inexpensive favor idea is rosemary olive oil or rosemary sea salt. Adding a fun tag gives it that extra special final touch!
Whether adding rosemary to a Chivari chair or natural wood chair it can give your ceremony a natural and welcoming vibe.I adore both of these boutonnieres! Sweet, cute, and not overbearing. Here I wanted to show the difference between the accent rosemary adds to an all white bouquet versus a colorful bouquet. For both of them I feel like they add great height variation Creating a hair piece can be difficult, but the woody texture of the rosemary stems make it easier to create a base for the band while you attach other small flowers to it.This is showing two variations of cocktail arrangements and one is significantly more money. You guessed it… the one on the left is definitely more due to the floral section of dahlia, anemone, and dusty miller. Each bunch of rosemary comes with about 10 stems at about $10.00 per bunch.I wouldn’t eat this cake, it is way too pretty to cut into! What a great place setting for your guests to be greeted with as they sit down for their meal. A very simple, clean, and easy plate.Rosemary is hands down one of my top three greenery variations to add to an arrangement. I think it fits well within a flower plan for weddings during spring-winter. If you are planting this in your garden be sure it is in a location that gets mostly sun with dry and well drained soil. The best part about this bush is that once it is established it requires little water to keep it thriving. I hope this has given you some inspiration to use this in your wedding decor. There are a million other ways to use this plant and I think that’s what I enjoy most is finding the different ways people can be creative and original with greenery like the rosemary.
